Watford Supporters Board Update – 5th June 2026

On Wednesday, an informal introductory “meet and greet” took place between the Watford Supporters Board and senior representatives from Watford FC at the training ground, including Scott Duxbury, Luke Dowling, Iain Taker and Kevin Affleck.

This was not one of the four scheduled yearly meetings outlined in the Board’s structure and, as such, was not minuted.

The discussion was constructive and collaborative, providing an opportunity for all parties to build relationships and agree ways of working moving forward. 

Dates for the quarterly formal meetings will be agreed annually in advance and we are pleased to say that Scott Duxbury has agreed to attend where appropriate, including the next meeting which we expect will take place in September. The potential to incorporate broader, strategic football-related questions into future meetings where appropriate was also discussed.
