Supporters Board Summary and Comment on Squad Cost Ratio Rules

Championship clubs have voted to introduce a new set of financial rules, with 20 of 24 clubs approving the move from Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR) to a Squad Cost Ratio (SCR) model.

In summary, this means that squad spending will be capped at 85% of total revenue.
