A Code of Conduct which all Supporters Board Members agree to be bound by.

An Election Policy setting out terms of office and how new Supporters Board Members are elected.

The Club has also published its Fan Engagement Plan:

board Composition

A democratically elected board representing supporters’ interests, structured to reflect the responsibilities of the Club’s Senior Management Team.

The Supporters Board consists of a maximum of eight members, including the Chair and Secretary. Within the eight persons there will be six elected members, two each covering ‘Commercial’, ‘Finance’ and ‘Match-day & Supporter Engagement’ matters. There will also be a representative from the Watford Supporters’ Trust and a member that can adequately represent ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’ issues.

Members are elected under the Supporters Board’s election policy and serve fixed terms, providing continuity while ensuring regular opportunities for supporters to participate in governance.
